According to Prof. Ugo Ruggeri Giuseppe Diziani was the eldest son of Gaspare Diziani (see certificate; secondo il prof. Aaron is supposed to have thrown his shepherd's crook at him. When Aaron did this the crook changed into a snake which ate up the snakes, into which Egypt's magicians had turned their staffs.
